3. Data Collection on This Website

Server Log Files

The hosting provider automatically collects and stores information in server log files that your browser transmits automatically. These are: browser type and version, operating system, referrer URL, hostname of the accessing computer, time of the server request, and IP address. This data is not merged with other data sources.

4. Contact Form

When you send us an inquiry via our contact form, the data you provide (name, email address, message) is transmitted to us via the email service provider Resend (Resend, Inc., USA) and delivered to our email inbox. The legal basis for this processing is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Your data will only be used to process your inquiry and will not be shared with third parties beyond the email delivery service.

The data is stored only as long as necessary to process your inquiry, unless longer retention is required by law.

5. Web Analytics

This website uses Umami, a privacy-focused, cookieless analytics tool. Umami does not use cookies, does not collect personal data, and does not track users across websites. Only anonymous, aggregated usage data is collected (e.g., page views, referrers, browser type). The legal basis is Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f GDPR (legitimate interest in understanding website usage).

6. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not use cookies. A session-based storage entry (sessionStorage) is used solely to prevent the page loading animation from replaying within the same browser session. This data is automatically deleted when the browser tab is closed and contains no personal information.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients, and the purpose of data processing, as well as the right to correction, blocking, or deletion of this data at any time. You can contact us at any time at the address given above if you have further questions about personal data.
